Journey to the Centre of York

Looking for  something to do this summer? You should consider joining the York University Running Group! It’s a great way to form friendships, get active, and further develop your running abilities.

Group runs started last week, however there is still an opportunity to join. You have two options:

1. Formal training

2. Informal smaller group

The formal group is instructor-led and includes information sessions on a variety of topics including nutrition and lifestyle habits. The cost to join is $40 and includes a tshirt and discounted entry for the Scotiabank races on October 19th.

The informal group is free but you must provide your name and contact info.

Both groups run weekly and both require the completion of Par-Q medical screening form.
